Mint Inv App（以下简称"本App"）由 Mint Fintech Limited（以下简称"我们"）运营，致力于为留学生提供在线课程及线上线下实习机会。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并会严格遵守中国相关法律法规（如《个人信息保护法》）及其他适用的数据保护规定，保护您的个人信息安全与合法权利。
本隐私政策旨在向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护您的个人信息，以及您享有的相关权利。请您在使用本App前，仔细阅读并充分理解本政策。如您不同意本政策，请立即停止使用。
Mint Inv App (hereinafter referred to as the "App") is operated by Mint Fintech Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), and is dedicated to providing international students with online courses as well as online and offline internship opportunities. We understand the importance of your personal information and will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations in China (such as the Personal Information Protection Law) and other applicable data protection rules to protect the security and lawful rights of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you have in relation to your personal information. Please read this Policy carefully and fully understand it before using the App. If you do not agree to this Policy, please stop using the App immediately.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services we provide to you through the Mint Inv App (including but not limited to course learning, browsing and applying for internship opportunities, message notifications, etc.).

To provide and optimize the services of the App, we may collect the following information:
- Registration and Account Information: The mobile phone number and email address you provide when registering, as well as the login password you set.
- Usage and Behavioral Information: Information generated during your use of the App, such as course browsing history, study duration, video watching progress, internship opportunity clicks and applications, search keywords, page visit times, etc.
- Device and Log Information: Information about the device you use to access the App (such as device model, operating system version, device unique identifier), IP address, browser type, language settings, access date and time, and other log information.
- Communication and Feedback Information: The consultation content, suggestions, or complaint information you submit to us through the App's customer service, feedback forms, questionnaires, etc.
- Internship and Application Information: If you apply for internships or participate in training through the App, we may collect your name, school, major, grade, resume, contact information, etc., in order to match and recommend suitable opportunities for you.

- Service Optimization and Analysis: To analyze user behavior, optimize course content and recommendation algorithms, and improve user experience.
- Compliance and Security: To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, conduct risk control and security audits, and prevent fraud and illegal activities.
- Marketing and Promotion (with your consent): To send you marketing information that we believe may be of interest to you, provided that you have given your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Storage Location: We mainly store and process your personal information within the territory of the United Kingdom. If cross-border transmission is involved, we will take the necessary compliance measures in accordance with the law.

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy in the company of your guardian before using the App. We will only process minors' personal information to the extent permitted by law and with the consent of their guardian, and we will take more stringent protective measures. If a guardian discovers that a minor has used the App or submitted personal information without consent, they may contact us to request the deletion of the relevant information or the deactivation of the account.
